SHIPPING
Shipping Costs:
We do our best to keep shipping prices low and use USPS for shipping. Pricing is based on final destination and weight so we're doing our best to keep pricing as low as we can while getting your order to you quickly. Spend $50 and your shipping is free.
Order Processing and Ship Times:
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Damaged Shipments:
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. USPS updates orders once they arrive at their processing center. So please check with them for updates once we've shipped it using the tracking number you receive via email.
International Shipments:
We currently do not ship internationally. However, we do ship to all 50 United States!
RETURNS
Purchases made through the PixieRue.com are valid for refund within 30 days from the ship date.
All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return forms (if applicable).
Cosmetics, underwear, lingerie, earrings, and clearance items are all final sale items and cannot be returned, unless required by law.
